API & Booking Form

Hi there, I am having issues with the following that I require immediate assistance on: 

1) Cannot include a purchase order in the development section - I have tried using my theme code: 31af8554-7f5c-4d31-9d9b-1b428379d78a

and all of the info I received on my receipt upon purchasing this plugin.

2) therefore I do not think that my premium plugin is installed properly. 

3) My form is not pulling in or working properly - I am trying to incorporate it into this page

- Instructions stated to go into awebooking settings and enable 'simple reservation' - I am not seeing this option. 

- last night - this plugin was stating that is was not authorized - now it looks like it is installed properly as I do not see that message... 

I am kindly asking if you can install my plugin properly and ensure that that form is being pulled in correctly as well.

Our developer has installed the plugin for you as well as fixed the form issue

We still have a couple issues 

- not all rooms show up as available but there are no reservations made - all rooms should show up as available...

- Our rooms pricing is Price per person - additional adults is $15 - is there a way that we can accomdate this into the pricing?

About the available problem (do not show room when checking availability), we check and see that you have not updated number of room

Let's take a look at

Those are room types, not room. 

Then we edit $110-Room3 and $115-Room12, you please follow the screenshots below to update data

Finally, clieck Update to re-save data. Then you can book as normal

Other problem, our dev is releasing a patch to fix them

Can you also tell me if there will be someone throughout the day today in mountain time to help us? It is 4:30 am right now would like to have someone be able to help us during our business hours if required. Is there someone specifically that would be able to do so? We are in Canada. Thanks!

The room unit can only delete when not any bookings contains that room. Try delete the bookings before delete room unit.

We don't have any bookings... so shouldn't I be able to delete the room no problem?
